Uncensored AI video generator: ranking with score
Video is the most expensive function in the category: credits are counted per second and per resolution, and almost nobody publishes the table. Nine tools in the ranking generate video, ordered here by score. On this page the score does not count the half point of the chat criterion, because whoever lands here wants to generate.

Positions follow the calculated score, with no editorial ordering. A tool that hides its price behind sign-up gets zero on that criterion and the label "Price not public".
What a video costs, model by model
SoulGen is the only one on the list that publishes its full rate card, so it is the one that makes it possible to understand the economics of the whole category.
| Model | Credits per 5 seconds | With audio |
|---|---|---|
| SoulGen 3.0 | 15 | +2 |
| SoulGen 2.0 | 10 | +2 |
| SoulOmni 2.0 | 18 in 720p, 30 in 1080p | +2 |
| SoulOmni 2.0 Turbo | 25 in 720p, 40 in 1080p | +2 |
| Video reference | 20 to 40, and as much again if you upload a video | n/a |
| Video editing | 5 per second in 720p, 8 in 1080p | n/a |
In plain terms: SoulGen’s Pro plan includes 100 credits a month, that is two ten-second videos with sound and a little left over, or one hundred simple images. Anyone planning to make video in volume will need the annual plan and will still be counting credits. It is the comparison to keep in mind when another platform advertises “unlimited videos” without publishing any rate.
Almost nobody generates video from scratch
The usual flow is not writing a text and receiving a film. On SoulGen you first generate the character image and then turn it into a 5, 10 or 15 second clip; its “Build Your Video” assembles a scene from presets. Candy AI works the same way: the image first, the conversion after, and the videos in its catalogue are unlocked with tokens, 29 for a thirty-second one according to the character itself during our test on 16 September 2026. Kupid and Swipey include video in their paid plan without publishing its cost in coins.
The consequence is twofold: the quality of the video depends on the quality of the starting image, and the real budget for a month of use is that of the images plus that of the conversions.
Resolution, length, and what you pay for twice
Three variables multiply the bill. Length, counted in five-second blocks on every tool that publishes a rate. Resolution, which on SoulOmni almost doubles the cost when going from 720p to 1080p. And audio, which is billed separately. A fifteen-second 1080p video with sound on the most expensive model comes to about 126 credits, more than the entire monthly bundle of the Pro plan.
Where to go next
If your priority is images and video is secondary, compare in AI image generator, where the cost per unit is much lower. If what you want is a character that talks and moves, that is the ground of the AI girlfriend page. And the monthly price comparison of all the tools is in the first table of the full ranking.
